Our kitchen chair balances precariously among the rocks that scatter Trevaunance Cove. We're chatting to Chris Weston, from the National Lobster Hatchery, and together a few moments earlier, we had witnessed something quite remarkable - the release of hundreds of two month old lobsters, barely longer than fingernail, back into the wild.
In this episode of the Chair Project, we hear about the National Lobster Hatchery's mission to bolster the stocks of lobster along the coast in Cornwall, to support the fishing industry and our ocean health for years to come.
